What are the payment options available?

We accept online & offline payment method. You can pay online using credit & debit card during checkout.

We also accept e-wallet, cash & cheque. Cash payment must be made at our shop.

Can I get a card with my message?
Yes, we provide a card for free, you may include your message in the remarks. However, we only accept text wordings (English/ Mandarin/ Malay), emojis will not be included.
My postcode is not shown.

How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers can last about 1-5 days,

Soap flowers can last up to 2-3 years.

How to keep my flowers fresh and last longer?
For fresh flowers, it is ideal to keep it at a cooler area, not under direct sunlight. You can also spray misty water on the petals and leaves.

As for soap flowers, it should not come in contact with water, store it at a dry and cool area.

Do you ship outside of Selangor/KL?
We are only able to ship artificial, soap and preserved flowers for areas outside of Selangor/KL, these items will be marked with the "Nationwide" tag.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

You can login to your account & click on the order history menu. All your order history and order status will be shown here.

Do you provide photo before delivery?

Yes, we do based on request only. Kindly include on special remarks if you wish. We will attach the photos together with your invoice:

To view, open your email confirmation, click print invoice, then download official invoice, you can view photos at the bottom of the page.

Will my order look exactly the same as in the picture?
We strive to make our orders as similar as possible, however we reserve the rights to make slight changes based on our materials' availability.
Are there any charges to re-arrange delivery?

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of RM30 is applicable.

Re-delivery is only allowed on the same day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and others. Those replacement items shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed once the order has been attempted.
